Bill Irving

Bill has extensive sales experience, previously as a senior level Vice President in sales management for private client and institutional divisions of investment banking firms, including Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns and Oppenheimer.  In addition, Bill was an independent consultant/liaison between private corporations, public companies, and venture capital firms, investment banks and private investors dealing directly with principles, CEOs and CFOs.   Bill’s knowledge and responsibilities with complicated sales transactions in the financial industry has given Bill the experience needed to expertly help his real estate clients through the entire purchase and sales process.

Bill is a graduate of Worcester Academy and St Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where he played division I college baseball.  When not running, working out or hacking around a golf course, Bill is supporting his 3 sons – one an aspiring actor in NYC , one a college student at St. Joseph’s University and the oldest son is the owner of a landscaping and irrigation company on the South Shore and Cape.  Bill is a resident of Osterville.
